how pod works

When you purchase a product from POD, you are buying directly from the designer or craftsperson. POD handles the payment through our secure checkout and we notify the seller that a purchase has been made.

If the product you order is held in stock, the designer will dispatch it to your delivery address.

If the product you buy is made to order, simply click on the 'ask the designer a question' button on the product description page to add your choice of size, shape or colour, etc.

Each designer will state on the product description page how much delivery will cost and how long your purchase will take to arrive. Some designers offer free delivery when you spend over a certain amount with them so look out for that!
