DELIVERY
Delivery costs are clearly stated on each product description page. You won't be surprised by additional delivery costs half way through the checkout process. We want each order to reach you as quickly as possible, and ensure that our sellers' delivery charges are fair and reasonable. During the checkout process you can choose to have your order delivered to a work address if this is more convenient for you. Each seller has their own delivery charges and many offer free delivery on larger purchases. Some sellers also offer free delivery when you spend over a certain amount with them... this information is clearly stated on each product description page. Remember that if you are buying items from multiple sellers then the items might well turn up at different times. Delivery times vary from product to product. Delivery times are stated on each product page. Please note that some products are made to order and may take a bit longer to arrive. Check each product page for estimated production and delivery times. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding bespoke items. Delivery firms may vary from designer to designer. We encourage designers to provide tracking codes so that you can track your order. If you have a question regarding the method of delivery use the "ask a designer a question" option on the product description page. If you are an international customer please contact us so we can arrange overseas shipping.
RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with any item you receive, or it has been damaged in transit, please contact Brighton POD FIRST to tell us that you wish to return it. We will liaise with the seller on your behalf to agree the return arrangements. Items must be returned in their original packaging to the seller within 14 days of receipt, by recorded and insured delivery. Failure to return an item in pristine condition may prevent us from issuing a full refund. The costs of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty. Please include with the returned goods your full contact details, a note stating the reason for return and specify any exchange you wish to make to replace the returned item. IMPORTANT: GOODS THAT ARE MADE TO ORDER AND HAVE ALREADY BEEN PUT INTO PRODUCTION CANNOT BE RETURNED OR CANCELED UNLESS THE ORDER IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IN THIS CASE A REPLACEMENT WILL BE MANUFACTURED AND DELIVERED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE ONLY ORDER BESPOKE ITEMS IF YOU ARE SURE THAT THE ITEM AND FINISH IS RIGHT FOR YOUR NEEDS. We regret that piercing products such as earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned, nor underwear for hygiene reasons. Please contact Brighton POD if you need to send an item back and we will provide you with a returns address. **As a consumer, you will have a legal “cooling off period” of up to seven working days after the date of delivery of the Products during which you may cancel your order for any reason without penalty. Such right to cancel terminates if you use the products and does not apply to Made To Order, bespoke or customised products made specifically to your order. All cancellation notices must be in writing (including email) and addressed: Unit 42 The Old Brickworks, Station road, Plumpton green, Plumpton, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 3DF or email info@brightonpod.com. The notice will be treated as given on the day it was delivered to the above address (by hand); date of posting (if sent by post); date of email to the above address. If you exercise the above right to cancel, you must take reasonable care of any products in your possession and (at your cost) either: return them to us (or our authorised representatives) If you have paid in advance, you will be refunded within 28 days of giving the cancellation notice.
REFUNDS
If you need to return an item because it is damaged or defective, you will receive a full refund and you will also be refunded the cost of returning the item to the seller. If you are returning an item within the seven day cooling off period we will refund the cost of the item but you will need to pay for the cost of delivering the item back to the seller. If you are returning the item between 7 and 14 days of purchase you will be refunded the cost of the item only. Delivery charges will be deducted from your refund and you must pay for the item to be sent back to the seller. Refunds are normally processed within 30 days of the Seller receiving the returned item. The funds will be deposited back to your credit/debit card or PayPal account. |
